2001 -2003

It's during this period that I begin to broaden my subjects, leaving behind a bit of my self. My sensitivity and creativity start awakening to the secret pains of others, such as incest, rape, abuse, and hidden truths that wound. Most of the paintings from this period have never been presented in an exhibition. Nevertheless, here are a few.

The imbalance between the overwhelming power of corporations and that of employees inspired the creation of the painting Yoke. In the context of globalization, companies strive to achieve monopoly and sectoral diversity. To do so, they acquire other businesses—often at the expense of employees, who increasingly face physical and mental pressures. These pressures stem from increased workloads, stagnant wages, and changing working conditions.
