After completing her Bachelor's degree in computer science, she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts at Concordia University. In 2002, she reduced the time spent on sculpting to engage in self-taught practices of painting and drawing.

Her participations in the Visual Arts competition of CAPSQ in 2003, 2004, and 2009 were rewarded with a 2nd grand prize, a silver medal, and another 2nd grand prize. Living and working in Montreal, she has held numerous exhibitions in the city.
